Sheriff’s Office would like
to asked the citizens of Heber, Overgaard, Claysprings,
Pinedale, Aripine, Antelope Valley, Chevlon Retreat, and
Chevlon Acres, with assisting us in placing numeric’s on
residence in these areas. This would help the
Sheriff’s Office and Fire Departments with faster
response times. If anyone needs assistance with getting
numeric’s for your residence please call Deputy Hughes
with the Sheriff’s Office.
The rise in the number of people
calling in suspicious activity may be directly linked with the
fall in the number of burglaries. The Sheriff’s Office
would like to thank those individuals for calling in the
suspicious activity. You can help our community even more by
getting to know you neighbors and starting a neighborhood
watch. Contact the Sheriff’s Office for information on
how to get a neighborhood watch started. Remember this is our
community and we should all be looking out for each other. If
you do find that your house has been broken into please DO NOT
enter and call 911 right away. If you enter the house you ARE
destroying evidence and greatly reducing the chances of us
catching the suspect.
