Balle, 83, passed away September 25, 2010 in Phoenix, AZ.  He was born in Indiana and moved to Arizona, where he spent most of his life.  He was an avid fisher and traveler.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Vonacile, who he was married to for over 60 years.
