Has anyone noticed the poor horses on B St. in front of the Senior Center?? Did you count their ribs??
I have called animal control, was told to call the sheriff, called the sheriff was told that was under “livestock”. I called that number, got a recording, left my name and number to no avail. I hope help comes in time for the two horses there. If anyone can help them, please make it soon.
