Paul Carter moved from Tucson to Payson 20 years ago and has lost his short battle with life due to alcoholism.  He is survived by his mother and step-dad, Naomi and Bill Werden of Payson, daughters, Lauren Carter (16) and Christina Carter (15) both of Apple Valley, California and brother, David A. Carter of Marana, Arizona. We will all remember him as a hard worker, fun loving person and for his caring way with others. The love of Paul’s life were his little girls and fishing. His step-brother and step-sisters, Bill, Kathy and Jennifer will miss him too.  Last but not least his very best friend Jack Cockrum and family will truly miss Paul.
